I'd like to have the option yes :) Remember that people might use Laconi.ca for small development groups with very low traffic where every message matter. XMPP and 3rd party software is still a very technical thing to use where mail is used everyday by everyone. I wouldn't mind if it's even a config.php setting/switch. But the option makes sense, especially since we're utilizing mail for other stuff (favored notices etc). Evan, what's your take on this?
