That's correct; I've *specifically* targeted the iPhone and iPod touch Mobile Safari browser, but any Mobile WebKit-based device with a screen less than 480 pixels wide should pick up the style sheet and apply it without difficulty. The interface switches to use a liquid, more linear layout (except for the two small sections in the sidebar, groups with most posts and featured users, which are transformed into columns), and so it should scale relatively well, and it currently displays everything except the "export data" sidebar section, so there are certainly other candidates for removal/optimization as well.

That said, it is (as you said) just a start. It can really use a ton more testing (as, again, I've only tested on my personal iPod touch device), and it can also use a number of improvements with regard to how certain images are used/scaled. I've noted this in the style sheet itself as TODO: comments, along with other notes and intend to iterate over these things as often as I get the opportunity to do so. :)
