Checked out latest from Git and the avatar resizing works now.
The search still isn't working correctly (no sphinx search). In my test installation I have three users (David, Kim and Kent Collantes). If I search for davidcollantes, kimcollantes or kentcollantes, results are spit out, and fine. But if I search for David Collantes, Kim Collantes or Kent Collantes, the results will always be David Collantes. Also, partial searches, like David, or Kim, or Kent, renders no results.
