Evan has in the past stated he'd be willing to make a data dump:

Send him the appropriate SQL, and be sure not to dump something that
should not be made public or is stated not to be licensed. For the
latter, read the code to see what should *not* be dumped. (In other
words, I'm not ready to ask for one yet, so I haven't done the
legwork. ;) )
