What is the provider? we could possibly add it to the install. The easiest way to do it would be to use a tool like phpmyadmin or some sql tool to add an entry to the "sms_carrier" table with your sms to email bridge information.
Or, If this is a fresh install you could first edit the file "db/sms_carrier.sql" file with the same information and re-run the installer.
