thanks for the feedback. LAM 2.9.0 will use the LDAP root as default for
new server profiles. This should reduce such problems.
Of course, you can change the LDAP suffix for Samba domains in LAM at
any time. Just remove the "ou=domain".

Sorry, there is no IMAP support in LAM yet. There is also no such note
on http://www.ldap-account-manager.org/lamcms/supportedTypes.
IMAP support was requested as feature enhancement but is not yet
implemented.
IMAP management is not the main scope of LAM. Therefore, it has little
priority. However, if somebody sponsors the development... :)
