I installed LAM 3.2.0 today and when testing the new install I got this error: mkdir: invalid mode `/home/mr.test' sh: line 0: cd: /home/mr.test: No such file or directory chown: cannot access `/home/mr.test': No such file or directory chmod: invalid mode: `/home/mr.test' Try `chmod --help' for more information. INFO,Lamdaemon (marble2.rocky.edu),Home directory created (/home/mr.test).
The Lamdaemon tests fine however the home directory is not created even though the end of the error message says that it was. How do I track down what is causing this? -- _ /-\ ndrew Niemantsverdriet Academic Computing (406) 238-7360 Rocky Mountain College 1511 Poly Dr. Billings MT, 59102 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Nokia and AT&T present the 2010 Calling All Innovators-North America contest Create new apps & games for the Nokia N8 for consumers in U.S. and Canada $10 million total in prizes - $4M cash, 500 devices, nearly $6M in marketing Develop with Nokia Qt SDK, Web Runtime, or Java and Publish to Ovi Store http://p.sf.net/sfu/nokia-dev2dev _______________________________________________ Lam-public mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/lam-public
