you can just enter the same user name on tab Windows and tab Unix.
This will set cn+uid+sAMAccountName to the same value.

If you need to set cn and sAMAccountName to different values then this
is currently not supported. sAMAccountName is only needed for very old
systems and LAM always sets it to the Windows username.
