posixGroup and groupOfNames cannot be combined. Both are structural
object classes. This is only possible with Suse Linux which contains a
non-standard schema (rfc2307bis).

You can manage Unix groups and groups of names separately. Add the
groups of names account type in your LAM server profile in this case.
