Hope you are well! I am an IT engineer and need to upgrade LAM Pro in our
company (4.9 > 5.6). I have read through LAM-Manual but still want to
confirm some questions to avoid major incident:
1) The upgrade must be done manually by admin, not automatically done after
inputing license key, right?
2) Since current company LAM Pro version is 4.9, can i directly download
the latest version 5.6 and install it without any incompatibility problems?
3) Is there any service outage during the upgrade, if yes, how long is it?
4) Besides config files, are there any important files I need to back up
before the upgrade?
