Okay, I figured out what is causing the issue adding 'TLS_REQCERT never'
lets me login. I thought I had already tried that but looking back through
my revisions it appears that I had a typo when I tried that originally. So
now to find out why my certs are not working. Thanks everybody for all the
help!
