from LAM side the following is offered: * email support with issues with LAM itself (part of LAM Pro subscription) * development of custom modules (e.g. to support custom schema or additional applications) For your case it sounds like a sysadmin with Samba and LDAP knowledge is sufficient. LAM itself does not need big experience. Any experienced sysadmin should be able to manage it and write some custom scripts. Hope this helps you with your search.
