Hi Antonio, can you verify that Pro is installed by checking in the upper left corner of the login screen? See here to compare:
https://www.ldap-account-manager.org/lam/templates/login.php It must show "LAM Pro - 6.7". Maybe the free version is installed. Then try redownloading and reinstalling the package.
