I use Openldap 2.4.44.
And I have tried methods your told me. It shows the all the schemas are
not supported including inetOrgPerson, posixAccount, shadowAccount, posixGroup.
How to fix it?

Hi Leo,
which LDAP server software do you use? Maybe the schema needs to be extended
with the Unix object classes (e.g. posixGroup).
You can check schema compatibility inside LAM. There is Tests -> Schema test in
the tools menu.
