thanks a lot for your report. This will be fixed in next release.
As a fix you can replace
/usr/share/ldap-account-manager/lib/modules.inc
with this file:
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/LDAPAccountManager/lam/develop/lam/lib/modules.inc
If you do not want to patch LAM you can clear your browser cookies to
avoid the issue.
If SourceForge is not working for you please feel free to create an
issue on Github:
