The short answer is that FAA form 337 does not apply to experimental
aircraft. For the long answer take a look in the archives and search for
the phrase "Losing your insurance"... it should pull up a message with
that as the subject from Scott Krueger that was posted during an extended
discussion about the regs and what sort of things insurance companies will
do to avoid paying claims. The post was dated Sunday, 14 Mar 1999 and was
part of a very interesting thread. Of course we could always revisit the
subject.....
