Lancair 320/360 super fast build kit, S/N: 993, purchased May of 1999.
Many options including outback gear, forward hinge canopy, instrument
panel w/ inserts, etc. I have purchased approximately $ 2,000 of
additional components and materials, and about $ 1,000 of specialty tools
(Epoxy pump, rotary cutter, dremel tools, etc.).
The kit is about 10-15% complete, belly pan bonded to fslg, landing gear
complete except for hydraulic plumbing. No work done yet on wings,
horizontal or vertical stab, rubber or elevator.
All parts and materials are well organized and have been maintained in a
temperature controlled shop, new condition. I have all factory
documentation and detailed construction logs with photos.
My career path has forced me to make a choice between building my dream,
and building my career, unfortunately I have to focus on the career, I
will be unable to work on this project again for many years.
I have about $ 38,000 invested, I hope to get $ 25,000 to cover my loan.
I will include all materials purchased for the project including tools
(also a drill press and band saw). I am not interested in selling the kit
in pieces. A good opportunity for anyone who wants a 2-place Lancair at
low cost.
