Recently I asked the question about substituting 3/8" tubing for the 1/4"
for the LIV winglets. I received several good comments (as always) and I
thank you. Coincidentally March 2001 issue of "Sport Aviation" address the
fuel system subject and states on page 38 "Vents-Use 3/8" tubing or larger
to keep a frozen drop of water from obstructing it." It also mentions "bugs,
etc potentially obstructing the tubing".
