Hi Marcin,

This is just a really minor point. When a use spacebefore="yes" in the
first token of a pattern, I have to write an extra rule for the case this
token is the first word of a sentence. So I'd prefer
always isWhitespaceBefore=TRUE in the first word. We can let it go for now.
