Somewhere near the end, video and audio are quite badly out of synch, that's why I am not exactly happy with the result, but I guess this is just about as good as it gets. Also, the result is encoded in WMV (an absolutely useless, typical Microsoft invention imho), because the tool I used will not save to a decent format.
