Probably not everybody understood what this is about without
context. I assume that you're talking about integrating the French
rules listed below, from rules/fr/grammar.xml into the Dutch
grammar.xml, as they apply to most languages (something I
mentioned into a recent email in this mailing list):

NOM_MAL_EPELE  (Linux Torvalds -> Linus Torvalds, and many more)
UBUNTU  (Ubuntu-12.4 -> Ubuntu-12.04, etc.)
SQLITE   (SQLlite -> SQLite, etc.)
