English rule EN_A_VS_AN
(http://community.languagetool.org/rule/show/EN_A_VS_AN?lang=en-US) finds a
mismatch between the indefinite article and the next word ('a hour'). A comment
in the Java source code (AvsAnRule.java) is "This rule loads some exceptions
from external files (e.g. for <i>an hour</i>)."

What is the name of the external file that lets me add an exception? (I want to
add an exception for "a eukaryotic".)
