I have a laptop that I am dual booting with Vista. I cannot install Vista Service pack 1 because it modifies the MBR and it fails when it finds that the MBR is not the original. So, what I need is the easiest way to restore the Vista MBR, install the service pack and then replace the new Vista MBR with the Open Solaris one.
Any ideas? Brian Utterback
