hello all,
i'm running os2008.11 b101, and since few days, i've got problems with
ntp after suspend-resume or just when the laptop is booting

1) after suspend-resume, the date stays at the value it had before
suspends. The workaround is:
pfexec svcadm disable -t ntp ;pfexec ntpdate -s 0.pool.ntp.org;svcadm
enable ntp

it seems that the network takes time to be ok, and usually, i began with
"svcadm restart nwam".

my /etc/inet/ntp.conf contains:
multicastclient 224.0.1.1
server 0.pool.ntp.org
server 1.pool.ntp.org
server 2.pool.ntp.org

2) sometimes, at boot, ntp fails to join the timeservers, even if the
network seems ok, and gdm isn't started before a very long timeout!

has anybody encountered these problems?

PS: i want to stay with release repository, so upgrading to dev
repository isn't a solution

thanks in advance for help,

gerard
