Thanks for the pointer. I followed it and found that I might already have the solution. I have just installed b85, but haven't tested it with the problem router. http://opensolaris.org/os/project/crypto/Documentation/sunwcry/ > > > But the ath driver that comes with the SXCE > distributions always fails to attach. Was just wondering how to know when I can stop doing it... :-) Will keep waiting for news. By the way, I noticed that installing ath-0.7.1 on b84 and b85 (just before I noticed there was ath 0.7.2) pkgadd complains about net80211 kernel module being shared with some other package, even though I had already uninstalled the original SUNWatheros pkg. After uninstalling 0.7.1 to install 0.7.2, I noticed it didn't complain. However I had already overwritten the original net80211 with the one in ath 0.7.1. Should I try to restore? Which package should I reinstall from b85 install media? Will this problem stop happening if I just keep 0.7.2 and throw 0.7.1 away? Thanks for any help.
