My setup: Dell XPS M1210 *64-bit* Solaris Nevada x86 Express Developer Edition Build 83a Wireless chipset Broadcom BCM4311 (0x14e4, 0x4311) NDIS wrapper toolkit version-1.1
http://www.opensolaris.org/os/community/laptop/wireless/wireless_driver_compatible_list/ states that "pci14E4,4311" BCM4311 802.11b/g Wireless LAN controller is supported *only* on 32-bit Solaris kernel, that is, *not* supported on 64-bit Solaris kernel. Other than switching to using the 32-bit Solaris kernel, do I have any options, or am I poop out of luck until support on 64-bit Solaris kernel is added? This message posted from opensolaris.org
