When booting, the console screen (non-GUI) information looks ok. But during shutdown or restart, the characters are blown up so only about 40 characters are displayed per line and don't scroll. Recently I've been getting a console beep during shutdown and logoff but I can't tell what's happening.
I've upgraded the bios a couple of times without affecting the outcome. Suse Linux doesn't seem to have this issue, so it must be some interaction with OpenSolaris. Any ideas on what to look at? Thanks, Gary This message posted from opensolaris.org
