Hi All, I am looking into buying a new laptop, and of course I want it to be able to run opensolaris.
I want something that is fairly light weight, dual core amd or intel, dvd writer, 1GB memory and as much disk as I can afford. I have been looking at the HP Pavilion DV2310 which seems to have it all. But I can only look on-line, so I haven't been able to go to a store that has this and try inserting Belinix to see if it works. Anyone with experience with Solaris on this machine? The machine seems too cheap to be true (under $1000US). Does anyone have a suggestion for another machine to look at? thanks, max
