I'm announcing the availability of a new version of the alba-experiment overlay stage for OpenSolaris whit his overlay portage tree.
*Alba-Experiment* aka *Let the Sun emerge* is an experimental implementation of the Gentoo package management system (portage) and build environment on Solaris 11/OpenSolaris. Overlay stage (or stage 1.5) is a tarball that one should install in order to have a working copy of "portage" package management system and build environment. The overlay portage tree is a tree of ebuilds taken from the official tree and changed to be suitable for the OpenSolaris version. Most of them are unchanged.
