Yes; you can download the source code fo rmy "powernow" driver from
opensolaris.org in the laptop community (look for frkit)

Absolutely; my code supposedly supports K7 powernow, but I'm not
sure if it works so that could be rolled in.

We also have a internal update which supports various Intel Enhanced
Speedstep cpus and we hope to relase that driver soon

(Though I will probably rename it as not to confuse the lawyers)
