I see this problem with a SONY PCG-Z1XSP on lastweek's BrandZ BFU with frkit
installed.
The problem is that when I type, some of the characters are repeated liiiike
tttthis.
The problem does occur here:
In Nevada (BrandZ BFU build) CDE dtterm, failsafe terminal session, within
any text app (gnome-terminal, staroffice...) in a GNOME session. It occurs
even when GNOME key repeat is set to very long delay. It occurs whether I
install or deinstall frkit's "acer" key package.
The problem does not appear when GNOME key repeat is completely turned off.
The problem does not appear when I boot the same machine into nexenta
gnusolaris (elatte a4).
