For information, since my card is not listed om the opensolaris ath page. I have taken the following steps to get an ath-based wifi card, 3Com 3CRPAG175, to work under Solaris 10 U1 on my laptop, Acer Ferrari 4005.
installd cardbus-v0.2 installed wificonfig-0.1-pkg installed wificonfig-0.2 (copy over 0.1) installed ath-0.2 rebooted w/ -r prtconf -v didn't give any pci168c vendor, and thus trying to plumb an ath0 fails. found on http://madwifi.org/wiki/Compatibility that my card was identified as pcia727,13. so I run the command: update_drv -a -i '"pcia727,13"' ath plumb tha ath0 interface and created a wificonfig profile for my network, and vola, connected! installed inetmenu and have now ath0 and bmce0 running under its control. /stefan
