Yes. The macro define in some old builds have been changed in onnv and
latest s10 update. That means, if you want to use iwi 0.4, onnv or s10_u1
is recommended.

I just recompile an iwi for your case. see attached. Hope it works.

But, I think, we will only support onnv(s10 update) in the future. At
least, it's my understanding so far.
