In fairness, I must point out that the audioHD driver work is done by the China team, and engineer Yangrong Zhou. Garrett is kindly blogging to help spread the word about their good work. Garrett is also working on a new multichannel audio framework. So there is a lot of progress at both the China and Los Angeles engineering centers.
