Ndiswrapper supports a subset of all the ndis/hal/ntoskernel API(s), while it is possible that different Windows driver binary depends on some different API subset. It is known that not all windows binary can be supported even by ndis1.1. There are several verified Windows binary driver are linked on Laptop Wireless NDIS page, but which one have you tried? Please post output of "/usr/X11/bin/scanpci -v", and "isainfo -b" so that we can help. Did you plumb bcmndis0 before issue "wificonfig -i bcmndis0 scan"? Thanks, Michael
