[laptop-discuss] How to boot in 32 bit w/ ZFS root fs?

Guys,
    I have to boot my kernel in 32bit to install ethernet driver. I looked at 
this URL,

My build is 86 and its different from what described above...as I have ZFS as 
the root file system.

Can someone shed some light here?
