Hi @all, since a few days I am a proud owner of a T61 with a Centrino Pro Dual Core 2.2 GHz. (64Bits are supported!)
I am using Solaris 10 08-07. As per the iwk-driver I faced, that the driver is currently not available, maybe someone can mail this package to me?? Is this driver maybe available in Solaris Express 09-07 / Solaris Express Developer Edition 09-07? I have an PCMCIA 3COM 3CRXJK10075, which usually runs with perfection on an AMD 64 platform using the provided ath-driver. But it doesnt work on an Intel platform. I am wondering, that without any install of ath-driver the card is active, the arial-light flashes every 3 seconds. Can anybody advice, how to get the ath-0.7 driver to run in Intel platform? After the driver installation the module load fails with reference symbol errors. Is there anything known about the IntelSpeedStep technology, e. g. like the powernowd for an AMD CPU?
