Of course.  Nobody can stop him from posting to any other site.  But 
I've been tasked with examining a solution suitable for Sun, so I want 
to help out with that.  *I* can't look at any code that isn't under a 
very free license, to avoid pollution of the IP I'm developing for Sun 
(which we hope will ultimately be under the CDDL.)

There is a completely different issue with SDcard, which is that an 
implementation of SDcard may require licenses (patent or otherwise) from 
the SDcard technology owners.  Its very very important that we think 
before we allow his material to be hosted on OpenSolaris servers.  It 
would not be wise to create an opportunity for a lawsuit.
