Hi Tirthankar,
I think you can get the drivers both 32bit and 64bit from
http://www.marvell.com/drivers/search.do
Try to search by platform "Solaris ...".
I'm using the 64bit version (yukonxsol_x64v8.19.2.3.tar.Z) on
my VAIO laptop.
