So I finally got my ath0 interface all working properly and was able to finally resolve domain names but then I restarted the box and no more connection. Is there some kind of list of all files needed to be in place so that the changes are permanent? I was able to get it back online again but I'd like it to be automatic. I found some information in a similar thread but is there like a list anywhere of all the files that have to be in place in order to have a basic internet connection?
For some reason for me also, doing a sys-unconfig and then rebooting doesn't fix my wireless issue even though the driver is present, the config can find my router... etc. but when it all boots back up I can ping IP addresses but not resolve names. I have to physically edit the resolv.conf file (which seems to disappear after a reboot).
