It is EVENT_NDIS_DRIVER_FAILURE failure(ndis_var.h) reported by miniport 
driver init routine, at the time hardware initilize.
Please make sure the wireless hardware is in ON state, and post the 
output of "/usr/X11/bin/scanpci -v".
