For the rest of the world, at least the kmdb dmcd ::rdpcicfg and ::wrpcicfg are available for manipulating pci config spaces. And I know someone has ported "lspci" to Solaris. Finally, as this is Open Solaris, you can surely develop a customized tool. It's not that difficult, just a driver and a userland app can do the trick. Vincent.
