 Hmm no I checked it defaults to 1000mhz battery or AC.    I thought
I could at least set the manual mode up to 1.35v but it gives an
illegal SETSTATE, displays that it changed the state to "new" but
never really sets it.  Also the inital frequency in Windows is 1000mhz
also.  Funny you can turn off powernow in Windows and it goes
to 2.4Ghz but you can't turn it off with the powernowadm.  Might
be good for a future enhancement.
