thanks to bernd i now have a POWERNOW .dsl file.  anyone know how to decipher 
it?  i tried converting the hex numbers in the blocks to decimal and it looks 
like they might be the frequencies and voltages, but i'm not sure-- can anyone 
clarify what the fields mean?
