At present, the wificonfig doesn't support the direct HEX PSK (256 bits 
HEX PSK), you can just input a character string,
the wpa_supplicant will translate it into a 256 bit PSK.

P.S. as I know, some APs don't support the direct HEX psk too, they must 
be configured with a character string PSK, and
the APs can translate it into 256 bit PSK.
