So you thought I did not try the man page!!!
Sorry didn't mention it.
It fails on a wierd error .. I'll follow up with details if required.  
Basically it does not allow the second hdd saying something about  
primary partions..
I have to delete the second pool and try again to give you the exact  
error which I don't mind but would need time. Data backup and all.

Also, I tried to install os on the second drive but the grub wasn't  
recognized. Later I found that both bootable images had to be on the  
bootable partition and there can only be one boot partition. I might  
be using the wrong terms here but I think you would understand my  
point. Learning slowly...

Even if I can work out skype, I couldn't use it properly ad there is  
no sound for my hardware.

And yes I tried oss. It caused kernel panic so I had to roll back even  
though the driver tests came out all good.

I still need the iPhone to work! Isn't there a zone for mac?

Having said that, I still love opensolaris.. Still the best os ever!
