I've done a little more debugging on this and it seems that the problem is with the nvidia driver (177.82). Using uadmin to suspend individual drivers showed that this was the one that was failing. It also seems that this changed at about the time resume started to fail for me (around nv99). Does anyone know of any pending problems with the nvidia driver, relative to suspend/resume? I see that a power management problem was fixed in the latest version and I suspect that the fix broke something else.
