For those who've wanted it, I posted the webrev from the dnet conversion
that I did at OpenSolaris Developer Summit 2007 at
http://cr.opensolaris.org/~gdamore/dnet-suspend/

There's an audio recording that goes with it at
http://dlc.sun.com/osol/advocacy/opensolaris_summit/2007/os-suspend-resume-garrett.mp3

I made some very minor updates since what I presented (mostly fixing
some small compile-time errors, and finishing the conversion of the
couple of entry points that I didn't have time to do in front of the
audience. (If anyone wants a copy of the file that I saved during the
presentation, without the subsequent edits, let me know, I have it
archived.)

Finally, none of this is *tested*. I don't have any Digital Tulip cards
(they are exceedingly rare these days). If anyone has one, and is
willing to part with it, please let me know, as I'd like to run some
quick tests and update. (And, as a bonus, I will follow that with a
GLDv3 conversion ... including VLAN support ... and SPARC support. But
I won't do any of that if I don't have hardware to test with.)
