But after the first reboot, ath plumbs but wificonfig scan show no networks and I cannot connect. But there are no error messages and dtrace shows that the driver is active and enters some function associated with scanning. Is it possible that the boot archive update that occurs after the driver is installed and during a reboot could cause the driver not to function correctly after the boot? What could explain why it worked prior to 8/07 and before a reboot under 8/07? Any ideas are welcome.
I find with a Ferrari 4000 and an ath card, I've still to hit the wireless button/light on the front (beside the bluetooth button/light and headphone jack) in order for wireless to work at times. < < Bernie < < Regards, -- Sean. .
