I've successfully installed the iwk driver on a Sony Vaio VGN-CR240E/B - no problems with the install and NWAM brought everything online very nicely.
I am however getting a steady stream of syslog messages from the network of this form : Nov 14 00:16:44 armada-1 genunix: [ID 814939 kern.notice] NOTICE: tx rate[11 of 12] = 6c Nov 14 00:16:44 armada-1 genunix: [ID 149971 kern.notice] NOTICE: tx flag = 2008 Nov 14 00:16:44 armada-1 genunix: [ID 683682 kern.notice] NOTICE: sending data: qid=0 idx=105 len=84 Nov 14 00:16:44 armada-1 genunix: [ID 451459 kern.notice] NOTICE: phy addr1 = 0x32225a4 phy addr2 = 0x3297000 len1 = 0x54, len2 = 0x3c val1 = 0x70000540 val2 = 0x3c00329 Nov 14 00:16:44 armada-1 genunix: [ID 830845 kern.notice] NOTICE: tx done: qid=0 idx=105 retries=0 frame_count=1 nkill=0 rate=3 duration=82 status=201 Disconnecting the network stops these, so I'm assuming they are related to the iwk driver ... Any ideas on what's going on here ? James. This message posted from opensolaris.org
